2. Services

Mornavio offers personalized morning routine coaching and wellness planning. By booking a session, you agree to our terms regarding scheduling, cancellations, and refunds.

2.1 Scheduling

Sessions can be booked online through our website. You will receive confirmation by email with session details.

2.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may reschedule a session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without charge. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the session price. No refunds or rescheduling options are available for sessions canceled fewer than 24 hours in advance or for no-shows.

2.3 Refunds for Services

If you cancel a session at least 72 hours before its start time, you may request a refund. All refund requests must be submitted via our contact form. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Sessions canceled within 72 hours are not eligible for a refund due to the reserved time and preparation involved.

3. Information Products

Mornavio provides digital guides, courses, and other downloadable wellness materials (collectively, “Info Products”).

3.1 Access and Delivery

Upon purchase, you will receive instant access to Info Products via downloadable links.

3.2 Refunds for Info Products

Due to immediate access, Info Products are generally not eligible for a refund. However, if technical issues prevent delivery or access, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by using our contact form. Valid requests will be reimbursed within 14 business days. As an alternative, we may offer credit toward another product.

4. Goods

Physical goods such as wellness kits or merchandise purchased through Mornavio are subject to the following terms.

4.1 Inspection and Eligibility

Please inspect all goods upon delivery. If an item is damaged or defective, notify us within 10 days.

4.2 Refunds and Replacements for Goods

Damaged or defective goods may be replaced or refunded once we receive proof of issue and the item in original condition and packaging. Submit a request via our contact form within 10 days. Approved reimbursements will be issued to the original payment method within 21 business days. If a replacement is chosen, we will ship it at no extra cost.

4.3 Non-Refundable Items

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded or replaced.

5. General Refund Policy

All refund requests must include order details and a brief explanation. We aim to process eligible refunds within 21 business days. Where appropriate, we may offer an exchange or site credit instead of a refund.
